Bonuses and other irregular payments
Submit information
Statistics Sweden is currently developing our web-based data-collection tool. Respondents may temporarily encounter various user interfaces when seeking to submit data.
Every year information is collected for the survey on bonuses and other irregular payments. This information contributes to a comprehensive description of labour costs in the private sector labour market. The survey is being conducted on behalf of the National Mediation Office.
The main users of the statistics are Eurostat, the ECB and other EU institutions as well as national statistical offices.
Instructions
The survey consists of three questions. If the enterprise does not have any bonuses or other irregular payments to report, only the first question needs to be answered.
Questions 2 and 3 are to be answered if the enterprise has paid irregular payments concerning 2023. Question 2 refers to the period when the irregular payments were paid, a percentage distribution for the quarter. Question 3 asks for the total sum of irregular payments per personal identification number.
Question 3 can be answered directly in the web form or via a file. We recommend answering via a file if you have many persons to report. If question 3 is answered via a file, the file must have a certain appearance. See Instructions to find out which variables are included and the required format. It is important that the file has the correct format and right appearance so it can be loaded into the database. You can send an Excel file or a text file.
Read through the instructions before you begin, and it will be easier for you to provide the information.
NOTE! If you have a file with more than one bonus per personal identity number, it will not work to submit the file. Sum up bonuses so it will be one bonus per personal identity number before the file is submitted.
Time plan
The survey is sent out the 9th of August 2024.
The final date for response is 15 September 2024.
