    The annual growth rate of household loans from MFIs increased compared to February and was 0.6 percent in March. For households consumer loans, the growth rate was 4.1 percent in March, which is an increase compared to February. The growth rate for housing loans amounted to 0.5 percent and was unchanged for the third month in a row. Annual growth for lending to non-financial corporations was -1.0 percent and remained negative.

  • Negative growth rate for lending to non-financial corporations

    The annual growth rate for lending to non-financial corporations was in February -1.4 percent, which is lower compared to the previous month and for two consecutive months the growth rate was the lowest measured growth rate since June 2010. The annual growth rate for household loans from MFIs was 0.4 percent in February, with the growth rate of 0.5 percent for housing loans.

  • MFIs fixed interest rates on new agreements for mortgages continues to decrease

    The annual growth rate for household loans from MFIs was 0.3 percent in January, with the growth rate decreasing for housing loans. For non-financial corporations, the annual growth rate was -1.3 percent during the same month, which is the lowest measured growth rate since June 2010.
