  • Stronger trade in imports of goods in February compared with January

    In February 2024, exports of goods remained unchanged in both value and volume compared with the same period a year ago. At the same time, imports of goods decreased by 1 percent in value while they increased by 1 percent in volume.

    In March 2024, Swedish exports of goods amounted to SEK 176.2 billion, while imports of goods amounted to SEK 171.4 billion. As a result, the net trade balance was SEK 4.8 billion.

  • Weaker trade in imports of goods in January

    In January 2024, exports of goods decreased by 2 percent in value while it remained the same in volume compared with the same period a year ago. At the same time, imports of goods decreased by 5 percent in value and by 2 percent in volume.

  • Net trade balance at SEK 9.3 billion in February

    In February 2024, Swedish exports of goods amounted to SEK 171.8 billion, while imports of goods amounted to SEK 162.5 billion. As a result, the net trade balance was SEK 9.3 billion.
