The statistics present the price of newly produced dwellings, that is, the cost that the investor pays for a new building project by multi-dwelling buildings and collectively built one- or two-dwelling buildings. A project can contain one or more buildings, such as a garage, garbage room, etc.

Prices of newly built multi-dwellings decreased in 2021

2022-12-19

According to the Building Price Index (BPI), building prices decreased by about 4 percent for multi-dwelling buildings and by about 1 percent for collectively built one- or two-dwelling buildings. Last year, building prices increased by about 5 percent for multi-dwelling buildings and increased by 12 percent for collectively built one- or two-dwelling buildings. The Building Price Index is quality-adjusted.
