Small changes in rents in newly constructed rental dwellings in 2022

2023-10-04

Rents per square metre for newly built rental dwellings were SEK 1 886 in 2022, compared with SEK 1 863 in the previous year. The cost per square metre for newly built tenant-owned dwellings was SEK 706 in 2022 and the average price was SEK 3 078 000 in 2022.
