The Construction Cost Index for multi-dwelling buildings increased by 1.0 percent in February 2023 compared with January 2023. The annual rate of change in the Construction Cost Index was 16.5 percent in February, compared with the corresponding month in 2022, up from 16.3 percent in January.

- Interest costs increased by 162.5 percent between February 2022 and February 2023.
