The labour market situation for people with disability 2023
The report describes the situation in the labour market for people with disability. The survey includes questions about employment, reduced ability to work and support and adaptation in working life. People with disability have a lower employment rate than the rest of the population. Employed people with disability are less likely to have permanent full-time jobs. They are also less likely to work as managers and in occupations requiring higher education or advanced level of higher education. Eight out of ten employed people with disability and reduced ability to work need support and adaptation in their workplace.
