  • Stronger trade in goods in January

    In January, exports of goods increased by 8 percent in value and by 4 percent in volume compared with the same period last year. At the same time, imports of goods increased by 7 percent in value and by 2 percent in volume.

  • Net trade balance at SEK 14.4 billion in February

    In February 2025, Swedish exports of goods amounted to SEK 174.1 billion, while imports of goods amounted to SEK 159.7 billion. As a result, the net trade balance was SEK 14.4 billion.

  • Exports of goods continued down in the fourth quarter

    In the fourth quarter 2024, exports of goods fell by 3 percent in value and by 1 percent in volume compared with the same period a year ago. At the same time, imports of goods decreased by 2 percent in value while they remained the same in volume.

  • Net trade balance at SEK 15.1 billion in January

    In January 2025, Swedish exports of goods amounted to SEK 180.9 billion, while imports of goods amounted to SEK 165.8 billion. As a result, the net trade balance was SEK 15.1 billion.

  • Weaker trade in goods in November

    In November, exports of goods decreased by 4 percent in value and by 2 percent in volume compared with the same period last year. At the same time, imports of goods decreased by 3 percent in value and by 1 percent in volume.
