The labour market situation for people with disability 2024

The report describes the situation in the labour market for people with disability. The survey includes questions about employment, reduced working ability and discrimination in working life. People with disability have a lower employment rate than the rest of the population. Employed people with disability are less likely to have permanent full-time jobs. They are also less likely to work as managers and in occupations requiring higher education or advanced level of higher education. One in three people with disability have experienced discrimination in their working life related to their disability.
