The statistics illustrate innovation activities in Swedish companies with 10 or more employees. Among other things, it demonstrate what kind of innovation the companies introduced and what innovation-related activities were carried out during a reference period of three years.

New report: Community Innovation survey 2022-2024

The larger enterprises were the most innovative, according to a new report from Statistics Sweden (SCB). During the period 2022-2024, 75 percent of large enterprises were innovative, compared to 67 percent of medium-sized enterprises and 55 percent of small enterprises. Among micro-enterprises, which were the most numerous, 32 percent were innovative. It is also becoming increasingly common for enterprises to use AI for R&D or innovation activities.
