Study of non-response Innovation in the Government sector 2021-2022
The report gives a description of non-response in the survey Innovation in the Government Sector 2021-2022 and the potential effects of non-response on the statistics. The analysis shows that there are differences in response rates between municipalities, regions, and government agencies. However, there is no apparent correlation between the propensity to respond and the likelihood of being innovative. Neither does comparisons with the previous survey round indicate that the non-response introduces bias in the results.
