Sveriges officiella statistik
Sveriges officiella statistik (SOS) är statistik som är särskilt viktig för att beskriva Sverige. Den bidrar till utvecklingen av vårt samhälle genom att vara objektiv och relevant.

[FYLL I MYNDIGHET] är utsedd av regeringen att vara ansvarig för den officiella statistiken inom [FYLL I STATISTIKOMRÅDEN]. Vi ansvarar bland annat för att statistiken är

• objektiv

• dokumenterad

• kvalitetsdeklarerad.

Den officiella statistiken ska finnas tillgänglig på internet och du får använda den kostnadsfritt. All officiell statistik ska bära texten Sveriges officiella statistik och/eller märkas med symbolen.

Du får inte använda symbolen eller texten Sveriges officiella statistik om du har bearbetat den officiella statistiken.

Nätverk av myndigheter
Det finns ett trettiotal myndigheter i Sverige som är ansvariga för den officiella statistiken. SCB samordnar och stödjer systemet för den officiella statistiken.

Official Statistics of Sweden
Sweden’s Official Statistics (SOS) are statistics that are particularly important for describing Sweden. Official statistics contribute to the development of our society by being objective and relevant, which benefits citizens.

[GOVERNMENT AGENCY] has been tasked by the Government to be responsible for the official statistics within [STATISTICAL AREA]. As a government agency responsible for statistics, we are responsible for ensuring that

• the statistics are objective;

• the statistics are documented; and

• the statistics are accompanied by a quality declaration.

Official statistics must be kept publicly available free of charge on the internet. All official statistics must bear the text Sweden’s official statistics and/or carry the logo.

  The logo and the text Sweden’s official statistics may not be used in further processing of the official statistics.

Government agency network
There are about thirty government agencies in Sweden who are responsible for the official statistics. Statistics Sweden is responsible for coordinating and supporting the system for official statistics.
