Software

Users who are logged in to MONA will receive information about upcoming scheduled software updates. Software cannot be used while it is being updated.

Servers

MONA is closed for maintenance one Saturday each month. The IT infrastructure in MONA is serviced and servers are rebooted. At this time, programs that are open will close and any unsaved work will be lost.

Additional maintenance dates may be added throughout the year as required.

Any new maintenance dates will be communicated no less than two weeks in advance.
