Real estate prices for one- or two-dwelling buildings remained unchanged but increased for holiday homes during 2024

Real estate prices for one- or two-dwelling buildings remained unchanged at a national level in 2024 compared with 2023. Real estate prices for an equivalent comparison for buildings for seasonal and secondary use increased by more than 3 percent. The statistics are reported after the date of purchase, that is, the date when the buyer becomes the new owner.
